"We exist to make product & project management less lonely and more practical."

How it started

PMClub started in 2020 as a small monthly coffee meetup in Brno. A handful of product managers who wanted to talk shop — not pitch, not recruit, just compare notes on what was actually working.

Word spread. More people showed up. Topics deepened. By the end of the first year there were regular meetups in Praha too, and the questions people were asking started to outgrow what a coffee chat could answer.

That's how the courses came to be — not from a business plan, but from a community that wanted to get better and couldn't find the right place to learn. Today PMClub has 3,200 members, 18 live courses, and 40+ events a year across 7 cities. Still volunteer-run. Still free to join.

Our values

  • Practitioner-first

Every course, meetup, and resource is made by people who are currently doing the work. We don't teach from textbooks; we teach from last month's sprint.

  • No theory for its own sake

Frameworks are useful only when they help you ship better. We cut the fluff and focus on what actually changes how you work.

  • Community-owned

PMClub isn't a company with a product — it's a community that builds things together. The people who show up most end up shaping what we build next.

  • Free where it counts

Meetups are always free. Our community is free to join. We charge for courses and team trainings, and that's what keeps the lights on.

Who runs this

PMClub is volunteer-run. There is no VC behind it, no growth team, no exit strategy. The people who organize events, write courses, and keep the community going are the same people who attend meetups and take the courses.

If you want to get more involved — running a session, contributing a resource, helping organize an event in your city — reach out. The community is what you make it.
